"It gives me great pleasure to announce that the Italian courts have fully approved the sale of the assets of Techne (blow molding machinery) to Graham Packaging Company. The new company is doing business as Techne - Graham Packaging Italia. We are very excited to have our new employees from Italy join GPC, they have been working very hard over recent weeks to restart this business while effectively servicing our customers. The integration process is in full swing and machine manufacturing has started for 4th quarter and 2012 1st quarter machine deliveries."
